For this scrunchie in particular, we will be used organza cloth. This fabric is sheer, but still adds a textured element to your new scrunchie. Organza cloth can be any color you choose, so be creative! Then, you need to pick out your pom poms.
Any pom poms that are smaller than the average size will work perfectly. You will need a sewing machine to attach the organza cloth in a few different places, and will insert an elastic string so it can scrunch up. After adding your pom poms and giving it a finishing stitch, your new scrunchie is all done!
